· Layout optimization. If you have problems related to the physical space and layout of your facility, the solution is likely layout optimization. Moving and rearranging those elements can be expensive, but it might be the perfect solution.

· Better management/tracking systems. You can (and should) also look into your existing digital management and tracking systems.
