Edward Mooney's house is located in New York, NY. Located in the Chinatown neighborhood, this beautiful abode is on Pell Street. Furthermore, the home is at the corner of the street.

It's a splendid and eye-catching house made up of bricks. The former residence highlights the exclusive elements of both Georgian and Early Federal architectural styles. The oldest row house contains a full basement as well as an attic.

Furthermore, the townhouse consists of three stories. It has a fascinating red exterior. Now a New York City landmark, this site was constructed after the American Revolution. It was built between the years of 1785 and 1789. Land's previous owner was James DeLancey. After that, Mr. Mooney bought it. Until the 1820s, it was utilized as a residential property. After that, it served multiple purposes as a hotel salon, etc. Also, it was registered to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
