Prioritizing the tasks is not enough if you are not completing them within a fixed time. You know your tasks better, and you know how much time you take to complete each task. Still if you have any doubt, spend some time tracking your activities in detail. Once this is done, be honest with yourself and try to complete the task within the given time. Analyze your work, do not waste time, and try to complete the task as soon as possible with the right information and data. For better, you can also use various apps and time-tracker systems. Here, the task distributor needs to identify the task and choose the right person for it.
